Paid with debit, and just as the transaction went through and the machine said payment successful the employee started acting weird and said that he didn't get a receipt and that we had to pay again. I said that the payment went through and even showed my bank transactions to him to prove that it went through on my end and he still argued that it didn't. He assured me that the money would 100% go back into my account in 24-48 hours, so I asked for his name and phone number to call if it didn't, which he gave to me and I paid again. Waited 4 days, maybe 5 I can't remember, and the money never showed up so I went to the store to ask for it back and the minute I walked in the door he said something about it did go back into my account which I had to show him my bank transactions proving that it didn't , and he said "well I can't put it back on your card I have to give it to you in cash" in an extremely rude tone and gave me my money with a dirty look. Be careful everyone, as this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening in Bancroft, just at other stores owned by these particular people.
