  Probably the worst ran subway I have ever been too. Paid $26 for my lunch and what did I get for it? A flat soggy sandwich with next to no veggies. Employees can’t understand you or help you. Worst experience of my life

  **THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH THE SUBWAY APP... RUN BY A GREEDY CLOWN THAT WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND GIVE YOU NOTHING. DON'T GO HERE** Made an online order that was paid for ahead of time using the subway app. When I showed up, they said they did not receive an order and would not refund it or make any effort to correct the situation. I showed them the order in the smart phone app, showed them that they had already taken the the money with my banking app. After arguing, the employee put me on the phone with the store manager for this location, who is a completely RUDE, INCOMPETENT, CLOWN. He refused to correct the situation with all the proof of THIER STORE ADREESS recieiving money, he sent my family home WITH NOTHING after stealing the cash. What an absolute joke, the store manger should be fired... Will be escalating this with the subway head office / local news as far as I can to ensure that clown gets removed from a position he should not have!

  been going to this subway since ive moved to baden im not sure if these workers still work there but they used to be middle aged guys knew what i wanted and how i like it now i go into today for something quick and good to eat get a ft long pizza sub with shredded cheese im pretty sure the owner took my order he asked me white cheese twice and i had to tell him no twice id like shredded when he finishes putting the pizza sauce on he gives me the smallest amount of cheese ive ever seen he toasts it and i need to pay for extra cheese cuz there was way less the a handful after that the veggies i never get lettuce first cuz theres always to much and the guy already has a handful of lettuce in his hand the owner knows im there all the time why do this. also hes taken my order many times before so again why also one time i came into subway and some other subway coworker made the lady who was makeing my sub upset they were laughing and she clearly just finished crying but was that ever rectified ? yeah it was atleast a year ago but still

  My wife placed a mobile order. I picked it up. It was for our kids lunches. That was around 4pm. Called the store and they had the nerve to argue with me. "We made the order" yes you did. You gave me the wrong order! I get mistakes happen, that's ok. But why on earth would subway argue with us? We brought the food back, and they were rude and condescending to my wife. Considering the size of this town, you would think the service would be better. This subway has lost our business forever now.
