  Just had a terrible experience here yet again. For starters, our orders are always wrong. There’s always missing items, wrong items, wrong toppings, etc… As busy people with young kids, we never bring things back/complain. Last week the store messed up and missed 2 hash browns and my sausage egg McGriddle was given to me as a McMuffin. I figured I would just let someone know the next time I was in.. as I politely did this morning. The MANAGER today March 28th around 7:30 am accused me of trying to get free food and informed me they wouldn’t fix their mistake because I didn’t tell them the day it happened. I ended up just paying for my hash-browns along with the rest of my families order even though that’s ridiculous. She told me next time to call if something is wrong. Well if I don’t get home and order is wrong (which was by the way, confirmed and read back to me by staff). So this time I called just to let them know as she asked me to do next time. She told me “well that is why we ask you to read the screen to make sure it’s correct” … lol in what world is it my job to read a McDonald’s screen… I am not employed by McDonald’s I am a paying customer and I believe that’s their job… when I told her that it’s not my job to do that it’s theirs, she rudely snapped back at me and said “well it’s not my job to get harassed by customers now is it?” All I was doing was exactly what she asked me to do the next time my order was wrong… I have never been treated so poorly by a business especially by a manager.. wrong orders and missing items aside, this place needs to learn some customer service (mainly the manager on duty this day) .. usually the young kids they hire are very friendly.

  When you go at night just beware of the lady that seems to hate her life and feel the need to take it out on people, this has happened on quite afew occasions now can’t get”thank you” out your mouth before she closes the window in your face not to mention she rushes the orders at the speaker then takes forever making the food

  Ordered Uber, forgot small town no drivers available. I called stored asked if there was an order waiting, I was advised to cancled and I said im walking down " no problem staff said " I arrive 8min later to be told the store front is just closed and I would need to walk home and get my car to place an order as the drive through is unsafe to walk through! I have had a couple drinks so ya thanks McDonald's! At least I wont feel crappy from your food at 3am Where is the common sence in the world gone?

  I just picked up a wrap from here, and the bag, and the wrap itself absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Absolutely inedible and disgusting. The service was also kinda bad. I get it’s 12:00am but they are open and I feel it’s almost necessary to have proper service regardless.
