- SBSukh BrarFeb 16, 20261.0Iām not sure why I keep experiencing poor customer service at this KFC location. Iām paying for my food, and basic courtesy should be part of the experience. There was no greeting when I arrived and no thank you after I paid. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, which made the visit disappointing. I hope management looks into improving customer service standards. Especially from some of the staff of South Asia origin.
- CHCindy HerbertFeb 4, 20262.0This is the second time we have ordered online, arrived at pick up time, order wasn't ready...there is an area at the counter that is for deliveries and online orders...when I arrived at pick up time I believe my order should be ready in the pick up order area however I received the same service as 2 customers ahead of me that came in and placed their orders....so I waited for the customers ahead of me to receive their orders before my order was made...no apologies....food was fine...won't return...will go to another KFC that will have online orders ready at pick up time.
