  I plan order at least 30 minutes before I when to the store and the app already mentioned the pizza was ready so I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, they said they haven’t started making my pizza because they had to bump my order and I have to wait for them to start making it for me. So what the app told me versus what they mentioned was totally different.. I was in a rush and the information was totally inaccurate, I had to wait for another 15 minutes before I get my order. I don’t know, but I think other store has better amount of toppings on the pizza than this one in the picture. I would rather go to the one in Newmarket next time, people are much friendlier and better pizza there.

  Ordered 3 x-large pizzas. They came with almost no toppings and dry as wood. Worst pizza I have ever had.

  First of all, they did our order wrong. I’ve been ordering from this location for a long time, but this is the worst pizza I’ve gotten so far. At least do a good job with the pizza if you’re getting my order wrong even after clarifying multiple times!

  I ordered a pizza that wasn’t well done and ended up undercooked. The manager named Sunal handled the situation perfectly. He immediately exchanged it and made a fresh pizza for me. He was very nice, pleasant, and professional throughout the interaction, and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated.
