  Just the worst. I went through drive thru at 6am. No cars in front. Ordered a coffee and muffin. Got to the window. Seemed like only 1 staff member was working. Saw him pouring the coffee only to see it ran out and he started brewing more. Proceeded to fill the cup. Then while I was still waiting at the window, started filling other orders. Waited over 9 minutes and finally gave up and left. Sadly this was not the first time. But I figured with the renovations maybe service will get better. Unfortunately not and this will be my last time. Tim Hortons is less than a minute.

  Im not the usual type that goes out his way to post reviews but wow…… first day in Barrie I move around for work been around all of Canada. And just ordered Uber Eats from this store, I got Big Mac- tasted like it was made a week ago. Nugget- stale chips LITERALLY OH WAIT FRES? No they gave me a pie instead. The food was disgusting. Giving McDonalds a bad name.

  I ordered a medium Hot latte with Sugar Free syrup using one of their self checkout machines. The older lady (probably a supervisor), behind the counter gave me an iced latte instead. Order #770, April 6, 11:33. When I told her that it was not what I ordered, she said that I was wrong and "sugar free syrup" meant that the coffee was supposed to be with ice, not hot. I attempted to show her the exact option I chose at the sco, but she told me, quote "Just tell me what you want, I don't have time". I didn't want anything after that, honestly. I left. I have worked in the customer service sphere before, and it is just unfair when you are being treated like that. My morning was a bit ruined: I came to check out the new store and enjoy my coffee, but I ended up writing this instead, no coffee, no points (I redeemed them), no respect, which is the saddest part of it all.

  I went to this location three nights in a row after work around 9 PM. Every single night I asked for mini donuts — they were “out.” Tonight I came again and ordered Orange Pekoe tea. They said they didn’t have it. I asked what tea they do have — they listed a few options, so I chose Earl Grey. As usual, no donuts again. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru line (with only ONE car ahead of me), I finally get to the window and they tell me they’re out of Earl Grey too. My question to the manager of this location is simple: if you’re going to be out of half your menu after 9 PM, why even stay open? This is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve experienced. Very disappointing management and extremely poor inventory control.
