We’ve been to a lot of Swiss Chalets. This one is the worst. The menus were all broken, dirty, and falling apart. The host was rude and disrespectful at the door, and the floors were covered in some slippery slime or grease. It also took +45 mins to get our food and our apps came out 2 minutes before the mains. Some apps came out after our mains. Chalet sauce was also cold. Hardly any fries on the plate. We couldn’t wait to get out and go home and Swiss Chalets is not a “cheap” restaurant anymore. Avoid this location. I’m glad we didn’t get sick. Really disappointing and embarrassing.

PLEASE AVOID at all cost.
What a horrendous place to order from on order eats. We’ve had this issue once before but fortunately our family forgot about our previous experience ordering uber eats from this location and place an order tonight…. Our food arrived 2 hours late. We’ve also called the location 6 times to check on our food and they had no idea how much longer it would take. Our order was also very simple what an absolute joke. Food arrived soaking wet in the boxes just overall another terrible experience here.

Horrible service, food was cold when advised the food was cold the serve literally put her hands on our food , buns were frozen on the inside my sister accidentally dropped her drink the waitress threw a cloth at her for my sister to wipe it up not even offered to help we had to ask for additional napkins and then the drink that was spilt my sister was not offered a refill my sister's chicken and fries were swimming in her drink and we had to ask for a new plate as the server just left knowing the drink was everywhere in my sister's food she eventually came back with the same cold piece of pop soaked chicken on a somewhat clean plate a family infront of us also confirmed their horrible experience she then placed other peoples dirty plates over ours then asked if we were finished and even though we were there was still some food on the plate but if i wasnt finished i would have sure have been done as some strangers plate was now ontop of mine mid way through her asking me if i was done eating the waitress then hung over us when doing the payment to make sure she got a tip that very much felt forced i also asked to redeem scene points to try and get a lil discount on my food since the service and food was horrible she took my information for the scene card but was go in a hurry to jump to the tip screen to get a forced tip out of me that the scene points redemption was not taken off my total price

Ordered for pick up. Said it would be ready for 5:00 ended up waiting 20 more mins before it was done.
Everyone was running around seemed lost and the whole vibe of the place was chaos.
Would of been fine if the food was actually good but it was terrible. The smallest serving of fries too.
Better off just getting a whole chicken and wedges from the grocery store.
