The food is good when you get it. Do not order from this location for pick up or delivery. They will frequently delay or outright cancel your uber order after ‘preparing’ leaving you and your family without a plan.

Pre-ordered a work function lunch for delivery the day before. Our food delivery was over an hr later than our requested time online. I had to call the restaurant a couple of times. Once the food showed up, it was cold, and some items were missing. Had to call back again about the missing food and was asked if I wanted free appetizers in place of the missing items. I said no thank you we need the missing food, I had guests in the office who didn't get their lunch, as the replacement took another hour to receive. One of the items was correct, and the other was to be a missing quarter chicken dinner, but they just sent a piece of chicken. Pretty frustrating for something that should have been all set online the day prior. Disappointing and wasted so much of my time.

No caa discount, very long wait for everything, bathroom smells musty, probably dirty mop head, watered down soap in the bathroom was nearly empty. Dirty knife. Didn't listen to instructions for the chicken tender meal. Asked for buffalo chicken sauce on the side instead of tossed with plum sauce to dip, got 1 bbq sauce to dip the plain tenders. Out of stuffing and straws. Then gave us a cold baked potato and it was the last one so had to have something didn't want instead. Also out of salad, despite very few patrons in here. When you wait more than 30m for your food it should at least be good and hot. Also, no one likes the signature sauce, its weird stop wasting food and ask if people want it. Also, server whining that the manager only had 2 servers on, not sure why their businesses failure to plan is our problem. Again, very quiet in here, its 6pm, there no massive crowd and a whole evening to go and this is how it is. Nasty caesar, pretty sure nasty vodka and not stirred. Pies are shown with ice cream on top, but its extra and you have to argue for it with a confused server. Funny enough said can't use caa discount because we had the restaurant deal on our order for 2/4 people, but at the end said do you want to split the bill? You said at the start we couldn't for the caa discount. Interesting how we now can. Also, guys behind us gave up and left. Family outside were complaining that it took 2 hrs to get a meal
