- RKR k4 days ago1.0I have called Public Health and Head Office of Swiss Chalet. I cannot believe what I saw. On January 6 at 1.30 Pm. I'm order food at the front cashier. as my food is being made I see this lady who is working the cashier pick her nose Then she comes walks around the dining and picks her noise again . I am watching her and she did not wash her hands. I ask to speak to a store manager and she was the manager. I confronted her saying you need to wash your hands and that is just disgusting, your working to serve the public . I wonder how long she thought she can do this. My Order number or CHK 5529 . Whoever the store owner please go and check the Camara. After I confronted her then she went and washed her hands. You would think better coming from a store manager. She is medium build, short hair blue eyes.

To be fair, I’ve had similar experiences at a couple of other Swiss Chalet locations, so this may be related to their standard recipe or cooking methods rather than this location specifically.

There were some fruit flies, where it can easily be resolved by buying some fruit flies control machine otherwise great experience. ♡
