    The employee serving us seemed uninterested in working and gave off a negative attitude. When I asked questions, the responses felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if we were bothering him. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope management can address this, as it really affects the customer experience."

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced the Asian girl working there between 12 -5pm Was rude unprofessional and does not care about any type of service Witnessed her being very rude to a customer saying things like I don’t care and not my problem

    Dirty and terrible customer service. There was garbage everywhere and the lady was very disrespectful. The floors were dirty and wasn’t cleaned. The server was throwing ingredients in my sandwich when I asked for extra sauce she was huffing and puffing. What has this country become!! I remember the days that customer service was everything!

    So I have had some issues at this location, first if its not the owners on site the staff seem to have this entitled attitude towards you, not realizing they are in the service industry and the customer shouldn't feel like they are in the wrong if the sandwich isn't up to there standards. Second I always get a Spicy Italian, and it was always 10 pepperoni and 10 salami, but recently I've gotten push back from the staff saying its only 5 of both when i know its not. They really need to do better training at this location.
