  I asked for an expiration date of my cake and the manger was unable to provide one for me. When I asked what does the yellow colour sticker dot on the package mean? they said it is the production date, I asked for the production date of the yellow sticker? They said that is internal. When my guest eat the cake they all said that it tastes expired. DO NOT buy anything from this Dairy Queen. This Dairy Queen needs to be checked for Food Health and Safety. I will be contacting our Food administration they should not be allowed to sell expired items and they must provide the costumer with a packaging date and expiration date. I am appreciative that Manger contacted me to apologized to give me a grift card for my next purchase .

  Utter disappointed across the board. The place stunk like BO. Made me lose my appetite but I had already placed my mobile order The Blizzard was watery from the moment he handed to me. Whatever ice cream they're using, it's not the DQ ice cream, it's overly sweet and watered down, while barely having any strawberries in it

  I would never come back. I would give this place a 0 if I could. My pregnant wife was looking for a treat and this place even disappointed my unborn child. If you order a blizzard, ask for a flip test, they will 100%fail. I ordered 2 blizzards but got 2 wet shakes. In addition, this place smelled like wet towel. I don’t plan on returning

  Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. I received a liquified cup or goop. Employee told me they put hot caramel in the blizzard which causes it to melt. Asked them if they could replace it with an orea cookie blizzard and was flat out told NO. Manager said I could buy another, but they could not replace the uneaten blizzard if there was "nothing wrong" with it. Cannot believe I paid $8 for a cup of garbage. Could have got a real ice cream 1 minute away at Chocolate Favoris. How is this place still in business?

  I would give no starts of I could. I went to get a cake for my son’s birthday and was really disappointed with the service. There was a family in front of me in line so I went to the fridge to pick a cake. I picked one and went to bring it to the counter and the gentleman (if you want to call him that) at the counter never greeted me or asked what the cake was or anything, he just told me to tap my card (not in a nice or friendly tone at all) and before the machine even beeped he told me to have a nice day (again not in a friendly or nice tone). I couldn’t believe how rude and unfriendly the gentleman at the counter was. I will not come back here. I prefer driving to the other end of town or to Newmarket. The staff is a lot nicer at the other Dairy Queens in the area.
