  "Fast food" is the joke here. While the morning crew gets it right, anything lunch and onwards is a waiting game. Simple 1 combo orders always seem to take 15-20 min. Always told to go park after an order in the evening. While a couple staff at the window have been good. Overall the staff is always in a sour mood.

  Honestly I come here for deliveries, They make drivers wait for half n hour or more, even staff sees drivers n ignore them. Its such a bad service. Honestly my last preference is getting order from THIS MCD. Staff is ridiculous, ignorant and always make people wait, they always on phone or doing whatever rather than helping. Worst customer service McD can have is this.

  ordered a Big Mac with extra onions and extra pickles, and somehow I ended up with no pickles at all and an insane amount of Mac sauce. The burger was completely drenched in sauce to the point where it was basically inedible. It was dripping everywhere and overwhelmed the entire sandwich. I don’t understand how an order can be messed up this badly when the request was so simple. Instead of extra onions and pickles, I got a burger that looked like someone emptied half a container of sauce onto it. Very disappointing. I ended up throwing it out after 2 bites it all fell apart on me. it was just disgusting. I’ve attached photos so you can see exactly what I received. Quality control needs to be a lot better.

  It doesn’t matter what you order in the drive thru at this McDonalds, you are going to be told to go park and wait. The food is usually decent but don’t expect quick service. I waited about 10 minutes for 2 Big Mac meals and a happy meal despite mobile ordering before hand…. “Fast” food
