i was there to collect uber eats and they made me wait like 30 mins and then they gave me a tumbs down for marking order as not ready with uber.

Went in ordered my food, got my food, there was a whole hair in my food. Told the manager about it he said its not his problem if I got hair in my food as if he isnot who manages this place. If I good give them zero stars I would. Everything about this location is dirty and weird.

Completely understaffed and overwhelmed, We ordered 50 minutes ahead of time online to avoid waiting and after arriving the front counter was completely ignored by the floor staff instead DT was taken first even tho they had a line up at counter that was waiting a whole lot longer then drive thru. they continued to just walk by and stare at everyone waiting. When I finally tried to speak up about my order I was walked away from, ignored and the cashier completely ignored me standing infront of her to take the next order behind me and then proceeded to get upset with me because I stated I was there first and am trying to get information on my order, but instead was met with ignorance and attitude. Please either re-training in customer performance or hire more people so your staff isn't overwhelmed ignoring costumers that have been waiting at the counter for over 45 min. Completely unacceptable.
