I drove thru again to inform them and the girl says... no our ice machine in DT is broken. I said ok I would love a refund please. She says no thats ok ill just walk to the ice machine at store front??? Then brings me a proper cold diet coke. A little lazy on their part that I had to drive back for ice.

Typically, we get the buffalo chicken poutine and we like to add ranch and pickles on to it. This visit will now be the fourth time going thru the drive thru the Staff have said they’re going to do it. We drive away and it is not done at all. If you are unable add extras would be better to tell the client that you are not able to instead of telling them sure and then not doing it. I get one off but as stated this is the 4th time this has happened. Also in the most recent order the wrap was not wrapped at all and fell apart the second it was brought out or the bag.
