Ripped off the coupon and when the lady scanned it she told me I had already used it because her system said it was used. Told me I couldn’t have it. Lol. I told her this was subways problem as they sent me the coupon but she fought with me. This lady needs a lesson in customer service and how to deal issues regarding coupons . Worked in customer service for years and would never lose a customer over a small bag of chips and a drink! Last time I went in the guy told me the subway club was no longer available but my husband eats them in Mississauga twice a week. Will never give them another cent!
