  When it's busy, the room gets quite noisy. Seems to be a common issue with restaurants though, not just this place in particular. My meal was decent if not a little on the pricy side for what I got. My date's food consisted of a bunch of wings served on a baking pan with patterned parchment paper, and an undercooked baked potato (which was discounted from their meal but was still a disappointment.) The ribs have also been removed from the menu which my date had their heart set on. The service was good and the staff was generally helpful and attentive. I generally wouldn't have had much complaints other than my date not having the best of times with their meal. In general, the meals were too expensive for what you get. Dinner for 2 will easily cost $100+ for a $40 at best experience.

  Afternoon service was Megan behind the bar, scolded me for going to the bar to get ketchup because my bottle was empty.. then proceeded to take my drink and food while I was in the washroom.. I was just trying to exit and she threatened me from the bar saying "get out of here buddy before I call the 🚨 Police'...nice place she got their head office 🤔

  Wasn't impressed at all with the service I've never had to sit in a restaurant for 2 1/2 hours just waiting on our service to finish up. My great grandsons were so hungry waiting on their meal. It's bad enough us as adults waiting for over a hour to be served our food but for kids that's pathetic. The cook and staff were more involved in the baseball game on tv than serving customers. Very disappointed and will never go back almost 200 dollars spent on such poor service.

  Terrible service. If under staffed not my problem that's on the management. Wing night should have more servers working or maybe there was as my server seemed to be talking to a lot fo customers. So not sure on enough staff or not but when asked for a drink I shouldn't have to ask another server again for a drink. Why would I go back?

  One of the worst Kelseys ' locations I have visited. The only positive I could take away from dining in this location was the hard work of the server to make this place feel better for us.. 🙄Sticky dirty floors 🙄Washrooms with loose, unbolted toilets. 🙄Food mediocre at the best.... 🧐I guess their pricing strategy is not to raise the prices of the plates too high, but to control their profits by serving smaller portions of the meats and larger volumes of the cheap items like french fries and rice on people's plates.. Yak.. No, thank you....The owners of this location will bring the business down to ruins😵‍💫
