    I'm making a review for this to hopefully to influence Swiss Chalet to up their game. I've always loved Swiss Chalet, i still do. You absolutely kill it with chicken and ribs. The seafood on the other wasn't at all what I expected from them. I was mildly disappointed in it. They should use better shrimp and bigger pieces of fish. Mine was a tiny piece of fish in a lot of batter 😕 I'd like to add that our service was GREAT thank you Lenora 😊 I hope I got her name right, she was very nice and attentive

    Service was friendly, quick and our server Lenora checked in on us often, we never felt like we were forgotten about. Food was great and the time it took to get out food was good. It was a good atmosphere and nice and quiet.

    Lenora provided excellent service during my visit. She was attentive, polite, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. Our order was taken quickly, the food arrived without delays, and she made sure to check in at the right moments without being intrusive. It’s clear she takes her job seriously and values good customer service. Small details like keeping drinks topped up and making sure everything at the table was correct made the experience noticeably better. Overall, a very professional and pleasant server.

    My son and I come in once or twice a month for lunch. Sheri usually serves us. The food is always great. My adult son is high functioning autistic and thrives on going to the same place with the same people etc. Sheri always goes out of her way to look after him in her natural friendly way. She is a real asset to your operation. You are lucky to have her. You should give her a big raise!!

    Absolutely Horrible experience. Last night me and my family of 11 came here and had a reservation prior, we had also called about an hour or two before to confirm. Upon arriving, the hostess either wasn't listening or was very confused, we said we had a reservation for 11 and she was so confused on what we meant and asked us if we were a party of 6? then they put three lopsided tables together which were moving and uneven, with 10 chairs, and 9 sets of cutlery. My dad noticed and kindly asked her for another chair and she stared at us like she was solving a math problem, like she wanted us to tell her to grab a chair, and cram it in like the others. then when our server came over, she took our drink orders, and they took 30 mins to get to the table, a few of which were flat sodas, and she also just tossed a bunch of straws in the middle of the table? then after taking everyones food orders, when the food had come out, she didn't guide the other servers or anything and they resorted to shouting out. and then giving us attitude when we were confused on who's order was which. It was then, after my whole family got their food that i realized she didn't even take my order. not to mention, she put plum sauce on my sisters food which she specifically asked not to, didn't put loaded fries on my fathers, and then forgot about my aunts main dish. It's noteable thay my dad asked to not be charged for the loaded fries since he obviously didn't get them, and she stared at my dad with a nasty look as if to say "ok? and?", then proceeded to walk away form him and go to the booth behind him when he started talking to her again. When she returned my aunt gently told her that earlier, when she came over to take my order but she touched my shoulder and said she "already got me" and but she didn't take my order. she then proceeded to give my aunt the nastiest look and say "ok well calm down everyone makes mistakes". so me and my aunt were sitting there like what is happening....THEN she returns and asks if i want an on the house soup? i said no and that i was ok, then when she finally brings it out my quesadillas, they were half tortilla and i barely had any filling in there. after the whole thing my two sisters as for some ice cream and donuts since it was one of their birthdays. as me and my whole family are opening a few small gifts, she interrupts us and shoves the ice cream onto the table with a candle and starts clapping and singing to my sister. so at this point me and my party are going to just pack up and leave so we ask for the checks, and my mother sees we've been charged for cheesecake which we didn't order, and the fries thay my dad didn't even get? so whatever we sort that out and she goes around the table taking the separate bills, and as my aunt who is beside me pays, she moves immediately to my grandpa who is on my other side, then reaches over my back and literally throws the receipt at my aunt. to which we all just pack up and leave. I get that mistakes happen, but this was rediculous, right front he start we had people make mistake on mistake on mistake. As someone who knows exactly what happens behind the scenes and my mom having worked at swiss herself, we would have never treated guests like that, never would've sat them at something like that, talked and treated them like that, and behaved in such an unprofessional manner. My whole family and party was super upset as it was supposed to be a family dinner for my sisters birthday and was ruined. There is a lot more i could say but i'll leave it at that. The food was horrible, atmosphere was not great, and the service was INSANELY AWFUL. This will be my first and LAST time coming to this location.
