It was a busy lunch service and her communication, attention to detail and festive attitude, made our family gathering extra delightful. Swiss Chalet is a long time family tradition for us and we were delighted to return to Golf Links road after a few years living in different cities (and provinces). We will be returning. Wishing all the staff a good rest from the holiday festivities (and special).

The only hiccup was with our reservation: we booked for 14 back in September and followed up a week ago, but it seems to have been missed, resulting in a 15–20 minute wait for a table. This was in no way the server’s fault. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

My kids and I were waiting for 25 minutes for two broccoli soup and a stuffing and that's not what the description said they were going to give us. I was embarrassed and upset I told my oldest son to give them back their food they were acting like I'm not a customer like I'm begging for their food
