  Beware! If you're wanting good service absolutely do not come to this location. The lady who served us was a nightmare. We entered the restaurant for dinner expecting good food, but all we got was shitty service and cold food. I would ONLY recommend the ribs because it was nicely glazed, otherwise the chicken dishes were flavorless and dry. Food at times you can disregard if the service makes up for it or vice versa, but in this case it was neither, the lady looked ready to walk us out even though there was well over 2 hours to closing. We naturally didn't check the reviews because the chain is known to have nice people, but again do not go to this location if you want good food or WARM food, and especially if you want good service.

  I love the food and price point here so this is a frustrating review for me to write. I’ve hesitated writing this but it’s been the same every time we’ve come and this was our fourth or fifth visit in as many months. You walk in someone is typically rolling cutlery or counting money at the bar. They proceed to ignore your presence waiting to be sat. All other wait staff look at you as they walk by on their way to their tables. No one addresses or acknowledges you. After about ten minutes of that you get sat by whoever can be bothered to finally do so. Then you sit at your table for 15 minutes with menus waiting for whoever was assigned to serve you. During this period a few different staff (including the one who sat you) will come out into the seating area and not acknowledge you. The server we did finally get tonight (younger lady with glasses) was actually fantastic once we finally got her. Then you eventually get your order and the food is always dynamite. Low rating for all the terrible hollow lead up to service. But we come back for the excellent food, value and the occasional wonderful server we do eventually get (like tonight)

  We dined there last night. Marcela was our server. She didn’t provide a straw for my water. We ordered the festive special. We waited almost 30 minutes and when the meal came it was barely warm. It had obviously sat around for more than 5 minutes, probably 10. The quarter chicken dark was dry. Even the sauce was barely warm. The stuffing was dry and certainly not hot. It wasn’t very busy despite being Tuesday. Very disappointing.

  We were having lunch at this restaurant. Lenora, our server is very efficient and professional. She has the rare ability to anticipate customer's needs with a best service in mind. There were many tables to serve during our stay. A very valuable member of your team! We will be back !!

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Swiss Chalet. The customer service was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the chicken portions were shockingly small. The fries arrived cold and rubbery, and when one person in our party had a food allergy, the staff refused to modify the order—citing a supposed “policy” that felt completely made up. The manager, Dave, came out to speak with us, but instead of helping, he made things worse. His attitude was snarky and dismissive, and rather than resolving the issue, he argued over semantics and “policy.” From a customer’s point of view, he seemed more interested in being right than doing what’s reasonable or kind. There was clearly a technical issue with the order that could have been easily fixed, but his unwillingness to handle it professionally ruined the experience. Honestly, this location needs better management and a serious reminder about what customer service actually means. As for Dave, you can’t be a fridge and be mean— being jolly attracts people; perhaps work on one or the other before you lose more customers. I hope you can take what you dish out to your customers because looking down, I see it, I don’t know if you can. Reflecting on all of this I think there was something else that got roasted at the Swiss Chalet, and ain’t chicken
