I ordered two sofritas bowls which are plant based, and to my shock, I found a piece of meat in one of them. I have never eaten meat in my life, so finding this in a order was not only upsetting but completely unacceptable and disrespectful to my dietary choices. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Chipotle. Discovering actual meat in a sofritas bowl is a major failure in food handling and quality control. Because of this mistake, I had to throw both bowls in the garbage, as I no longer trusted the food at all. This level of negligence cannot be ignored.

Just picked up 2 salad bowls on Friday night. Paid $42 for everything.. my dish was the barbacoa salad had 2 strings of lettuce, tons of beans. Zero Guac (Even though I paid extra for it) and no salad dressing..like really? it supposed to come with 1 and it didnt. Beef chunks 2 pieces and cheese barely.. the other salad also had 2 piece of lettuce tons of beans and no salad dressing. Worst worst!! don't come and don't order.
