  The staff were rude, order took forever as I ordered on the app for pickup. They also forgot to give me my faux, accused me of lying till I showed proof from my order summary and then gave me my gauc only for the grains to be very hard, literally uncooked rice. Never again at this location

  I ordered food for my husband and I for lunch off of Uber. The food was delivered but was the complete wrong order. I called the store first to see if they could either remake the order for pick up or if they still had it. Luckily they still had my order so I went in to grab it and when I got there they remade my order because it had been sitting for too long and apologized up and down. Kudos to you and your staff for making a not great situation better.

  I could give this a good feedback returned. Unfortunately, the way the staff put those meats in your plate or wrapped is like counting down the pieces they put on. It’s like you’re begging for your plate to have a good serving portions . Are we not paying enough for the food you served? Hello , are we even a country of deprived people.

  When reviewing restaurants there needs to be a cleanliness rating. I went to the Ancaster location last night (Feb. 4, 2026) & witnessed the dirtiest restaurant environment I've seen in a long while. Dirty prep stations, streaks of food residue on counter tops, receipt machine paper overflowing on the floor being stepped on. The dining area showed the same unkept condition with dirty table tops and floors. There was no indication of any attempt to clean the areas. What was ironic neither the staff or even the patrons seemed to notice. Customers dining in, just sat amongst the filth eating their food. It was about 1hr before closing, there was constant traffic, people were dining in as well as taking away. The staff didn't seem over whelmed, they were simply efficiently grinding away. That being said it doesn't justify the lack cleanliness especially with an establishment that is selling a product that people have to ingest. No thanks Chipotle, not purchasing anything more from this establishment for fear of getting sick.
