I understand that the barr for service is lower at some establishments, but this place apparently has reached new lows. Worst DQ in Canada—barr none.

When I called to ask for it to be fixed, the employee on the phone immediately got defensive, blamed my wife, and even claimed they were “yelling and screaming for her to stop” — which is completely untrue. She then accused me of yelling when I wasn’t, and hung up on me. At one point, I spoke over the employee only because she was actively blaming my wife for their mistake. Speaking firmly to stop blame is not yelling, and it is dishonest for staff to claim otherwise. This is the worst customer service we’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. Blaming your mistake on a customer with a hearing disability and hanging up when questioned is unacceptable. This location needs serious management attention. Save your money or go elsewhere. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's wherever..Just know this location has little idea what customer appreciation is. I suppose this says something about why the parking lot is always empty. Not another dollar.
