  I’ve never ever had a good experience. Whether it’s the speaker to order “is not working”, they block the drive thru either with signs or cars. They can hardly ever “hear” or understand me and they make me order AT the window. Tonight there were 9 cars in ONE lane as the other was blocked. A lot turned around if they could, I was stuck between 3 cars in front waiting for their order and 4 behind me. 2 left. The wait was over 15 minutes just to order a side. I explained they need management to do something but the owner / boss left a young guy and one woman working alone on a Friday evening tbe day before the tree lighting. It’s not acceptable, it’s disgusting service and I don’t know how it’s still running. They took items off the menu, but they leave them on the sign. They won’t show the prices of anything we order so when we pay we have no idea what I’ve been charged for. I’m so tired of it. The main people during the day say they get so many complaints and yelled at and no wonder. This place has by far the best plaza space and yet they’re just wasting people’s time. They often say “there’s no … and oh sorry we also don’t have this until tomorrow” - it’s crazy how bad it is and I’ve had enough. The food is not worth the stress and I know the rest of the town feel the same. The fact that I have to repeat my order 4-5 times every single time because they cannot understand the FOUR WORDS I use to order my food every single time. I am not being racist or rude, but if they’re not competent.. why can’t people in amherstburg replace the workers that clearly don’t know what they’re doing… I never write reviews, but this place is genuinely awful and I don’t even want to start about cleanliness with 2 people working the whole place walk ins and drive through… how would they have time to clean? Fed up.

  Everything is the same as you'd expect! But, that is a good thing, food was fresh and hot and well put together.

  I am a DoorDash delivery driver and this has happened to me twice but I will describe the incident that took place yesterday. Late evening employees are terrible and don’t care about service or their customers at all, I picked up DoorDash order from this store and despite of many missing items (Mostly drinks or cold beverages) on the Customer order as I could see full order on my DoorDash app, they told me that everything is inside that bag (which was not as usual), still I wanted to make sure so upon delivery order to customer, I knocked on their door and told them to check all the items are in there and they weren’t. This is the kind of lazy service they provide to their customer who orders online. This has happened yesterday 25th of October at 8.55 PM, there were 3 employees talking on counter and while confirming the details of orders they lied to the face that everything was included and continued talking. I do DoorDash everyday here in Amherstburg and this has only happened to at Burger King (more specifically this has only happen during Afternoon/Late evening shift), they has terrible employees working during that shift and need to improve their service. Next time I go to pick up my order at this place, if I suspect they have missing items, I will make sure to take a video of incident and post it here so higher authorities of this store can figure out what kind of unprofessional is going on here. P.s. : same thing happened to me at this store few weeks ago too and customer accused me of stealing the order so I suspect what was going on and decided to post the review when it second time as everyone can mistake one time.

  Unfortunately I was charged twice, for the same order. My banking app alerted me for.2 instances Have had orders that were wrong, and food "not warm" enough. Please work on accuracy and warmer meals for us customers is a must. Or you'll see people avoiding this location. Rather than steering towards you. Please work with your employees on these "2 important issues". Thank you!
