- KKK8&EffieNov 14, 20251.0I’ve never ever had a good experience. Whether it’s the speaker to order “is not working”, they block the drive thru either with signs or cars. They can hardly ever “hear” or understand me and they make me order AT the window. Tonight there were 9 cars in ONE lane as the other was blocked. A lot turned around if they could, I was stuck between 3 cars in front waiting for their order and 4 behind me. 2 left. The wait was over 15 minutes just to order a side. I explained they need management to do something but the owner / boss left a young guy and one woman working alone on a Friday evening tbe day before the tree lighting. It’s not acceptable, it’s disgusting service and I don’t know how it’s still running. They took items off the menu, but they leave them on the sign. They won’t show the prices of anything we order so when we pay we have no idea what I’ve been charged for. I’m so tired of it. The main people during the day say they get so many complaints and yelled at and no wonder. This place has by far the best plaza space and yet they’re just wasting people’s time. They often say “there’s no … and oh sorry we also don’t have this until tomorrow” - it’s crazy how bad it is and I’ve had enough. The food is not worth the stress and I know the rest of the town feel the same. The fact that I have to repeat my order 4-5 times every single time because they cannot understand the FOUR WORDS I use to order my food every single time. I am not being racist or rude, but if they’re not competent.. why can’t people in amherstburg replace the workers that clearly don’t know what they’re doing… I never write reviews, but this place is genuinely awful and I don’t even want to start about cleanliness with 2 people working the whole place walk ins and drive through… how would they have time to clean? Fed up.
