  We often come through the drive-thru for a quarter chicken white with garden salad and chalet dressing. No bun because I’m gf. Yesterday we forgot to say “no bun” and Christina, who was working the window, asked us if we wanted our regular order without the bun because of my allergy. We were so touched by her kindness and attention to detail. What a fantastic employee for the Alliston location!

  Our waiter Paul was excellent service But my BLt the chicken was so dry & overdone!! My two friends @ our table fries were so overcooked they couldn’t even them Not Paul’s fault. But honestly this is my third time to this Swiss chalet & chicken is ridiculously overcooked! What is wrong with the management here in Alliston!

  I had such a great experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was absolutely amazing — everything was fresh, hot, and so flavorful. I also have to give a special shoutout to Emily, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel so welcomed. It’s rare to come across service that thoughtful, and she really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be back!

  My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and decided to check this place out. Makenna was our waitress and she was wonderful. I was very indecisive and she was able to talk through the menu with me to help me make a decision. She knows the menu and restaurant well. Usually in restaurants I realize that waiters/ waitresses rush the experience and leave not making it a special experience. Makenna was checking on us throughout and was so kind. Such a comfortable and warming experience I enjoyed it a lot!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Cassandra, who truly went above and beyond during our recent visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—not just with me, but especially with my kids. It’s not always easy to make children feel comfortable and excited in a restaurant setting, but Cassandra did it effortlessly. Our kids absolutely adore her and haven’t stopped talking about how nice she was. She made our experience feel special and welcoming, and that really stood out. Great service like this makes a lasting impression, and Cassandra is a big reason we’ll be coming back. Thank you for having such a wonderful person on your team!
