She is consistently uninviting, never offers a friendly greeting or a "have a nice day," and makes you feel awkward just for asking for standard items like sauce. The contrast between the friendly kids working there and her grumpy attitude is huge.

They often stop serving food and cleaning up at 9:40, claiming that the store is closed because they don't feel like working. This is the laziest group of employed adults that I have ever seen
