  I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Cassandra, who truly went above and beyond during our recent visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—not just with me, but especially with my kids. It’s not always easy to make children feel comfortable and excited in a restaurant setting, but Cassandra did it effortlessly. Our kids absolutely adore her and haven’t stopped talking about how nice she was. She made our experience feel special and welcoming, and that really stood out. Great service like this makes a lasting impression, and Cassandra is a big reason we’ll be coming back. Thank you for having such a wonderful person on your team!

  My waitress McKenna was extremely rude this evening. Terrible tone, body language and just a general lack of care. What a terrible choice of a waitress to have working at your establishment. I've never experienced such disrespect, or rather just plain rudeness from a waitress like this before. I would be embarrassed to employ such a disrespectful young lady! I will never be returning, and informing others of the experience I had today.

  I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to our server, Alyssandra. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect throughout the meal. Our drinks were always full, the food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made the whole dining experience enjoyable. Alyssandra provided outstanding service and is a big reason we’ll definitely be coming back

  We had a wonderful family dinner at Swiss Chalet in Alliston tonight! The food was exactly what we expected—fresh, hot, and delicious. The rotisserie chicken and chalet sauce never disappoint, and the kids loved their meals too. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Ashley. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient with our whole family. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times. Dining out with kids can sometimes be hectic, but Ashley made it easy and enjoyable.

What impressed me most was Michael’s positive attitude and ability to manage the dining room with ease, even when things were busy. He remained patient, upbeat, and focused on making sure everyone had a great experience. That level of care makes a noticeable difference and reflects very well on the restaurant as a whole. Service like this is the reason people return. Michael is a fantastic representative of the team, and I would absolutely recommend dining here again because of the experience he provided.
