Waited 45 min to get the food with only 1 car in front of me and did of course when I got gone they forgot the extra sauce and rolls. Going to have to start treating Swiss Chalet like Mc Donalds and have to sit there and check to make sure every single thing is in the bag!

He wasn’t over the top, being there too much where it’s disruptive to conversation- just enough to make sure the food was good, cups were full and we were happy. Even brought us the little lemon bowls for our fingers which I didn’t even know they did at Swiss Chalet anymore. Seriously the best experience thanks to him. I hope his manager acknowledges his amazing work and disposition. Thanks Michael!
- MDM DDec 26, 20252.0i waited 20 minutes for a $12 soup that had 5 spoon fulls of noodles and chicken - the rest being dumped down the sink as it’s all broth …. Not even a quarter of the container ate. Waste of money. If you can’t complete the order correctly you shouldn’t be serving it in my opinion.
