  The one good thing about this montanas is when they screw up they will always make it right. The problem is they screwed up too much... but seem to be getting better. These guys were screwing up almost anytime we went there. Order a steak and they gave me a big chunk of fat that couldnt be eaten. I sent it back and they made me a new one. Hard desert impossible to eat messed up wifes meal messed up friends wings because they were very cold coming out not properly cooked potato Those were our experiences over about 5 visits. When they really screwed up our group order the manager gaves us some vouchers for free appeitizers and apologized. They try to make it right. Since then our last 3-4 visits have been great. Steaks have been proper cuts and food all properly made. So lets just hope it was a phase where they havent been running that long and training staff and cooks Remember guys. Quality. Dont send out fatty steaks. Dont send out cold food.

  After first visit, great food amazing service we have been 3x repeat customers now! Lobster dip is also soooo good and keeps bring us back! Big thx u too Amanda and Kris for making us feel like one of the family! See u again soon!

  Montana's Alliston might just be my favourite steakhouse in Simcoe County! This place is a tour de force when it comes to steak, ribs, pasta and seafood dishes that are all prepared with obvious joy. The staff is beyond friendly and the leadership is focused on making sure your first visit won't be your last. Highly recommended as a place to celebrate and enjoy life at a time when the world might bring you down. Props to Priyam and the leadership group for staying the course in providing the quintessential dining experience with a strong menu and a kitchen worth writing home about.

  Tonight we visited the local Montana's. They're really leaning on the steak/rib house style, lots of meat on the menu. We tried to get baked potatoe with our meal. They are all out. Another person ordered mashed potatoes and after taking the order, the server came back cause there also out. No potatoes in Alliston what the heck. The steak came only warm, fries were hot, so looks like they plated the steak while waiting on the fries. Also the one meal was supposed to come with "fresh Veggies" but it was just green beans. Not like mix of vegetables. What took the cake tho, was we ordered Sizzling Mushrooms with the steak. They sent it out on the flat cast iron plate for Fajitas instead of the bowl shown in the photos and sprayed sizzling hot oil all over the table and my hand. A manager came to the table due to the complaint and offered, wait for it. A free dessert. An 8 dollar dessert for a hot oil burn. What the hell. We had dessert at home, so I said no thank you so she gave us 15% off the meal. For such a safety concern, 50% would've been more helpful in showing empathy. Won't be going back because of the lack of common courtesy and empathy.

  I have never been so disappointed in the service of a restaurant! It took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Then after another 20 minutes and ordering our apps, we were told they had NO nachos and after an hour, didnt even take our orders. The server was so kind and understanding but the managers took no responsibility, were disrespectful, rolled their eyes when we mentioned our concerns to the manager and walked away as we were calmly talking to them. They stood in the corner talking and made their servers take responsibility for things out of their control. I am not one to complain, but this was unprofessional and just incredibly rude.
