  I've been meaning to write a new review for my last review two years ago. This place was in trouble, but today was perfect. Whopper was the way it was supposed to be beautiful juicy burger full of taste. Service was amazing. The manager very nice said hello and to all questions thank you.

  I stopped by this Burger King around lunchtime while traveling and feeling really hungry. I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant at first because of some of the reviews, but I was seriously craving a burger and my fiancé suggested we give it a try. I’m glad we did! The food satisfied my cravings, and the lunch staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it turned out to be a good stop when we needed it most.

  Quick service, hot food, and friendly staff specially the crew that works at lunchtime yesterday . The place was clean and my order was made right. Solid Burger King experience in Alliston.

  There’s one night shift worker that was excellent but on January 15th 2026 that worker was not there it was another worker that was not in the best mood and that’s understandable as someone that’s worked retail I get it and I try my best to be as kind as I can be because I want the same in return. I’m not looking to gain anything I’m just wanting to spread some awareness so you know that if you pay with cash around 9-10pm when true bad workers are there they’re going to purposely mess with your food. I drove up to the window , he swung the debit machine out at me and I asked him if it was ok if I paid with cash he looked annoyed but said yes and as I was about to hand him $25 he shut the window and walked away I could see him telling another worker something angrily and he only came over to take my cash because there was another car in the drive thru so he had to use the computer. Once he put in their order he opened the window took my cash with his gloved hand and gave me my change with the other non gloved hand and I didn’t see him change it at all or go to the sink to wash his hands. He came back handed me my food and as I drove away I told myself “ you’re being paranoid he didn’t do anything to your food” So I took a bite a little closer to home but it tasted off ( lol I spit it out because I wasn’t going to eat that ) When I got home I opened it, and saw that the bread wasn’t toasted, half the mayo was on the outside of the bread , the chicken patty wasn’t cooked all the way to what it is supposed to be so it was soggy instead of crispy and they just threw a few pieces of lettuce in the bread 😂 everything was also smushed down like they punched it or something So beware because they’ll mess with your food just for paying cash at 9pm when they don’t close until 2am 😐 ( so no it wasn’t even close to closing time ) The rest of the order wasn’t mine so I didn’t get to see or taste the other food so I’m not sure if that one was as bad or worse
