    At the drive-throughI ordered the bacon, cheese, whopper, and requested only mustard be added to it nothing else. I clarified this at the pick up window that only mustard was being added to it nothing else and was told yes that was all. I have a tomato allergy. I need to make sure there won’t be tomatoes on it and was assured just mustard was on it. I should have checked. But I have eaten here a few times and had no problems, but today was one massive error after another. When I got home, the burger had everything you can add to it Added to it. I tried calling nobody picked up the phone. They’re busy I understand, but I’d like my meal. I don’t live near the store. I can’t eat this one. I included a photo to show how stacked the burger was looks delicious but I can’t touch it. I gave two stars because the fries were good. Can we rectify this somehow this doesn’t look like just mustard to me And I shouldn’t have to check my order every time I go through the drive-through.

    Ordered a Whopper got a lukewarm, dry hockey puck. The lettuce was sad and the tomato was pale. Two stars because the fries were hot, and the drive-thru speaker was working. The burger itself was a 1/5 disappointment.

    Cashier went above and beyond. We went here (Alliston ON) on Nov 06 before 10am, not realizing it wasn't open. Whie waiting at the window the cashier introduced herself and explained that they were not open untill 10am. I explained that myself and my daughter was starving and was on our way to Brampton. She took our order and provided fresh food and service to top it off. I wish i remembered her exact name. I apologize for the late review. Thanks again

    Worker took 10 minutes to take our order aswell as homeless people setting up in the corner of restaurant making the atmosphere feel uneasy as they where rude and sketchy I no longer feel comfortable eating at this burger king location
