  Person who was working did not wipe or take care of the counter from last order someone may have a allergy to seafood real bad on the location part also the was some type of bad smell in the store could not pick out what the smell was made it a little bad to breathe also the guy working had a beard he should of had it covered up with a net wow I know from working the food industry that men with beards have to cover up the face hair with a net will not be returning to this location

  I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews—the subs themselves were actually good. However, my experience at the counter was disappointing. The staff member I interacted with came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. I greeted her politely, but there was no response, and my questions were ignored. It felt like I was being rushed through the interaction rather than being served as a customer. Customer service plays a big role in the overall experience, and a more courteous and respectful approach would make a big difference. I hope this is taken into consideration moving forward.

  Ate at Mr. Sub today, usually it is not my preferred place to eat but after today it might get change. The bread was so fresh and the welcoming nature of the employee made it even better

  Had a quick lunch today at Mr. sub and I was there in the plaza for my medical test and so my mood was off but the owner of the store took care of my order by himself and made my day.
