  It was a pleasure to enjoy Burger Monday at Kelsey’s today. What made it special was the service with Jermey’s beautiful smile and attention to detail while working in an intense.period by herself.

  The waitress that was serving us took ages to take our drink order and food order. The environment was very loud with annoying children running around screaming. We were not brought the bill for 15 minutes, I ended up going and asking a waitress directly l for the bill. I would not recommend attending this kelcys.

  It was a very busy evening tonight, and we had to wait a little while before our server came to help us out, but the hostess (Kenzy) was amazing in reassuring us every few mins that someone was coming to help us out and thank us for our patience. Ashley was our server, and she was fast, precise, and lovely. Even though it was a busy night, and we had a bit of a wait to order and to get our food, these two ladies made up for it with their care and presences !

  Have come here a few times and the food is always good. Today we went out together as a family and one of the meals was not cooked the way we liked. We told our server, Clara who was very helpful and she offered to remake it or get us something else. We finished the dish except for the part we didn’t like but when the bill came Clara had removed it. Which we didn’t even ask for. It was a very nice gesture to keep customers happy. The food overall was enjoyable especially the chicken tenders. We will go back. Thank you.

  It took forever to get served. I asked for a pop with no ice but it came with ice. Once the server brought our food, she never came back. She never checked to see if everything was okay or ask if we needed any refills on our drinks. The next time we saw her was when she brought us the bill. She didn't even ask how the bill should be divided. She simply put it all on one which made things difficult for us. I was not happy with the service that we received at this Kelsey's.
