To our shock Franchise directed the cashier not to entertain coupons campaigned by the corporation. So no standards but individual likes and dislikes. We wanted to support local business but they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Will not go, not recommended and not support such attitude, business and franchises. Favorite item like fried onion is missing at this location. Clear indication of forget the customer and the service to them. Keep it up and hopefully u will be out of business soon,,,for sure.
