    I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. I asked for 3 small empty cups at the drive-thru, and the staff member taking my order said he would provide them. When I didn’t receive the cups, I went inside to ask. The lady probably with glasses was very rude and told me the cups weren’t free. I let her know that was fine and that I was only asking because the drive-thru staff had said he would give them. She went to check, came back with the cups, and told me again—very rudely—that nothing is free, then shut the window in my face. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful. If there was a charge, she could have simply told me the price and I would have gladly paid. I don’t understand why the situation had to be handled so rudely. Really disappointing customer service.

    We waited 10 minutes in the designated parking spot after ordering from drive through.Very poor service. The food was dry, and no condiments or cutlery provided with the food. Poor management.

    Its been a negative experience most of the time. I usually stop every morning for Coffee. The female employee is always friendly and I love the coffee but whenever I stop for a burger and fries, the French fries are consistently cold or barely warm, annoying.

    DAvoid purchasing the veggie burger at this location; on two occasions, they served me a chicken burger instead of the veggie option. This occurred during the midnight shift.

    Victoria Team leader. The worst attitude ever l have met anyone in a cafe. When she gave the balance change to me..it dropped and don’t even know to apologize for her careless. When l requested for hot coffee she didn’t even bothered to respond.😡
