  Absolutely ridiculous service. We ordered at 5:39 PM and stood there waiting until 6:00 — not a single update, no apology, nothing. When I finally asked for a refund, the staff didn’t even pretend to care. Instead, she gave full attitude like we were the problem. When we asked what was going on, she straight up said “I don’t care.” Seriously? That’s how you talk to customers? The WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to — zero professionalism, zero respect. Hire people who actually want to work.

  This McDonald’s in Ajax is one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to! The dining area, restrooms, and even the drink station were spotless. The staff were friendly, quick, and organized, which made the visit smooth and pleasant. My order came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted just the way it should. It’s clear the team here takes pride in keeping the place tidy and welcoming, which isn’t always the case at fast-food spots. Great job to the management and crew — I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area!

  I wish I could rate even lower than this worse experience soo far. I placed an online order and then went there to pickup my order. The manager and workers working there is soo rude saying that our system is resetting so we cannot make orders come back at 5am. Totally crap why you had a false sign outside saying 24/7 open wasting customers time.

  I think it’s absolutely criminal that different sized teas are different prices, and recently the large tea is now 4000 pts on the app for a free one where the other sizes are 2000k pts. The difference between each size is a slightly larger cup and some more hot water. So McDonald’s, this giant corporation that makes billions is charging people for some more hot water? How much more hot water is in a large than a small? 10¢ worth? How much more does a large cup cost over a small when they buy these cups in such massive quantities? It’s probably a 5¢ if that. Absolutely ridiculous. All through the 80s and 90s any restaurant or coffee shop, tea was one price regardless of size because you pay for the tea bag. Just blatant price gouging.
