  Ashley was an awesome server very prompt, friendly, and genuinely considerate. She made sure everything came out on time, checked in without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really elevated the entire experience. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth.

  Naira was a great server—friendly, kind, and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our visit. We were initially seated at a table without cutlery, but when we asked, it was brought to us promptly. One small detail to note: although I understand the dishes are machine-washed, my daughter’s glass had a lipstick mark on it. Naira handled this professionally and quickly brought us a clean replacement.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My boyfriend and I visited on Thursday for the half-priced wings promotion. After being seated, we were not returned to or acknowledged by any staff member. We waited approximately 20 minutes without receiving service or even a brief check-in. I understand that restaurants can be busy, especially during promotions, but at the very least guests should be acknowledged and informed if there will be a wait. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided to leave, and our departure also went unnoticed. Based on this experience, I would not choose to return to this location.

  I had such an amazing experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse in Ajax and I had to take a minute to recognize it especially because of our server, Ashley. From the moment we sat down, Ashley was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can tell right away when someone actually enjoys what they do, and she absolutely does. She greeted us with a great attitude, checked in at the perfect times (without hovering), and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. The food was fantastic hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect when you go to Kelsey’s. But what really made the night stand out was the service. Ashley knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and kept our drinks topped up without us ever having to ask. She was organized, efficient, and still managed to keep things fun and personable. It’s rare these days to get service that feels both professional and genuinely friendly. Ashley nailed that balance. She made us feel taken care of the entire time, and that kind of service makes you want to come back. Huge shoutout to Ashley and the team at Kelsey’s Ajax we’ll definitely be returning.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment we arrived, the experience went downhill. We waited approximately 5 minutes to be seated, followed by another 10–15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. Because of how long that wait already was, we decided to place our food order at the same time. After ordering, we waited close to 50 minutes for our food to arrive. During this time, we noticed a table of servers folding cutlery, while there were only about four other tables seated in the restaurant, so it was not busy. Given the circumstances, and how hungry we were, we ultimately decided to leave because we could not justify waiting any longer. It is difficult to understand how an order of wings could take that long under such light volume. This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We came in expecting a normal dining experience since we've had good experience at this location in the past and instead we left hungry and frustrated. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
