Harvey’s has built its reputation on customization and freshness, which makes this even more confusing. If I wanted a plain, joyless sandwich, I would have specified that—or saved money and made it at home. Serving a burger without any sauce or vegetables, without warning or confirmation, feels careless and frankly unacceptable for a brand of your standing. I expect better attention to detail and basic quality control. A burger should not require the customer to imagine the missing ingredients. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this experience fell far below expectations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 0/10
