  At 0140 I went, and the person in Drive thru at the Westney & Kingston location (Store-2339). Miss Leda, was cheerful when taking the order and got everything in the order correct without me repeating anything. When I got to the pay window, she did ask if I had a CAA & Scene card, which I did not know had a partnership with Harvey's. Food was quick and hot, with the cold outside. As I could not take-in the full Harvey's experience by dinning inside is the reason for the lower Atmosphere rating. From what I have seen in my, about 10 minutes total from order to driving away, the Atmosphere with the warm staff would have been a 5 star. Maybe a rain guard to get that 5/5 for drive thru.

  I placed a pickup order for an Oreo milkshake through Uber Eats around 12:00 AM and followed the directions in the app to the drive-thru location. When my husband provided the order number and my name, the staff member initially said there was no order under that name or number at their location. We were then asked to move forward to the window so she could check again. After checking at the window, the order was suddenly found and handed to us. This was confusing and unnecessary. If the order was already there, it should have been properly checked before telling us it didn’t exist. The situation felt unorganized and frustrating, especially late at night. Clear communication and a polite, professional approach would have made the experience much smoother. I hope staff can be more attentive and careful when handling pickup orders in the future.

  We had such a great experience here! The food was amazing — fresh, hot, and really tasty. Homi was especially wonderful.  Very friendly, kind, and welcoming. She really made our visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and we had an amazing time overall. Overall, great food, great service, and we’ll definitely be back!

  If I could give a 0 star for service I would lady at the drive thru slammed down the debit thing at my dad then my dad tried to hand it back to her and it accidentally fell he is a senior she gave him the dirtiest look don't go through the drive through here if ur looking for nice service I would like to speak to head office as well I called and spoke to the manger as well I hope they talk to her I was there Saturday at 11:30 am drive thru Feb 14th

  Pathetic service by Madina. I came to eat with my family last week and upon picking up the food from the counter, she interrogated me and then she took my burger from my hands to open it to see if it was the cheeseburger to prove her point infront of me at another associate named shaza or shazia. She was so rude to her coworkers in front of me. Shazia made my cheese burger with responsibility, gave me a review card and greeted me with a smile and then this lady madina came to snatch my burger and say that Shazia or Shaza made it awful or did not cook it properly. I was given the opened burger at last and it lost all its warmth. Madina put it back on my plate with anger too. Nevertheless, I am never going to this location again where other workers and employees are treated with so much harshness.
