  I was just here, and I had to wait so long for my food. I had a hard time ordering because the lady didn't understand, and the staff weren’t nice or friendly. This location is always understaffed, what is the point of a fast-food restaurant then?

  I was so disappointed at this location. First of all I was the only customer inside with my children. The whole place was empty. I made my order for me and my kids and haf to wait 30 minutes for our food. By the time iy came I told the girl we didnt get our cups yet, then she walked away to help someone in yhe drive through left me there another 15 minutes before coming back and giving me cups. The food was cold. Another thing is how disgusting the place was. Looked like no one was cleaning the whole night. They seemed to be more concerned on the drive through then caring about people who want to dine in. I couldn't believe how horrible the service was and bow lobg the wait was especially being the only people there. We had tp sit around garbage and dirty tables.

  This is the closest BK to my home and have frequent this location numerous times over the past years. Gomatee has been our server many times during our visits in different times of the day and night. Whether its our dine in or drive-thru experience with her, every interaction has been very positive. She is very welcoming, professional, pleasurable, kind and courteous. She seems like she really loves her job and is dedicated to give the best experience to every customer she encounters. She is a standard to what customer service should be in any industry.

  The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the portion size was satisfying. The place itself was clean and had a relaxed vibe, making it a nice spot to grab a casual meal. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait time was a bit longer than expected during peak hours. That said, the food was definitely worth it. I’ll be back to try more from their menu!

  I came here around 5:30pm, and I am unable to understand the lady taking my order. The manager does not seem to care as well since she’s sitting and on her phone. The food did not taste fresh, and was barely given any fries. Poor customer service here.
