I don’t live in the area so can’t go back anytime soon. I wasn’t given a receipt by the store & when contacting head office they wont help correct the issue as a result. Beware.

Only a Five minute drive back home I can understand it not being the hottest but it's as if they were pulled out of the fridge at the restaurant and put in the bag. Even if we had eaten them at the restaurant I still think they would of been cold regardless. I also don't recommend reheating these burgers in the microwave it made it a 100 times worse.
