- SSSRPOct 29, 20253.0Many European and other countries have vegan and vegetarian options. McD finally has a full time vegetarian option after a long time (cheese pizza was the last one). Luckily you can omit the mayo to make it vegan. Without mayo the burger was very dry with only lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The burger was bland and lacked the flavour we were expecting. No options for mustard, ketchup, pickles or relish. Added ketchup but didn’t help much. The fries were good. An extra star for McD for at least giving one veg option
