I have been eating at Subway for a long time and have always had good experiences, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. I asked for my sub to be toasted, but it was served cold with unmelted cheese. When I politely asked the staff if they could toast it because it didn’t look toasted, I was told “no,” which was quite surprising. In addition, I received cucumbers in my sandwich even though I didn’t ask for them, and my wife was given piri piri sauce even though she specifically asked not to have it. I am also attaching a photo for reference to show that the sandwich wasn’t toasted. We really like Subway and usually have great service, which is why this experience stood out. I’m sharing this so it can be addressed with the team at this location to improve customer service and attention to orders.
