If anything is messed up about your order all the night management team does is remake/fix the messed up part. And will not even be willing to talk to you about what the issue is. When you ask for their names. They walk away and ignore you.

I waited for 2 minutes at the counter for service & one person looked at me several times but was too busy with the drive thru window to come take my order. Not cool!
You sent a link to review your reply & it won't let me. You're never going to get me to change my review now. You're site was bad & your reply process is impossible. Keep your food, bad service & unavailable reply setup. I will never go there again. Maybe I will never go to McDonald's again 😕.

Food was decent and what you'd expect, but customer service wasn't great. Common trend I'm seeing everywhere anymore.. seems like the customer is always providing more customer service than the people working at the business.

I waited at the window for 10 minutes for a burger that they had to remake because it was screwed up the first 2 times. When I picked up my sandwich on my way to work, I let them know that they were replacing a sandwich that they had messed up before. I got it thinking everything was okay since management said they were going to take care of it, when I got to work, I realized it was still wrong. This evening I got my replacement sandwich again. It was right and fresh.But ten minutes is excessive for a sandwich. The girl that was at the window. Ask me 3 times about what kind of sandwich which is crazy because it was already put in on the kiosk. They don't listen not to mention she had ear buds in her ears. Overall, I would come back, but not at the time that I went through Because i'm sick of the mistakes

Tables are dirty consistently have had to clean them before sitting down. Employee's don't know how to use their computer thing when customers order through the kiosk. Tried to order the 20 piece nugget bundle which comes with 20 nuggets, a basket of fries, and that's it. But apparently the employee had no idea what that was and didn't even know a bundle existed. Finally I asked for a large strawberry smoothie, but as I got my order my fries were missing and I was given a small strawberry shake? I tried to explain that I was charged for what I had ordered and the receipt was wrong and that half my order was wrong but a lady tried arguing and saying things in Spanish every other sentence. No idea why I've tried giving that McDonald's so many chances. On a side note in the past when I've ordered a large strawberry smoothie they always charge you for a large but give you a medium drink size and when I asked about it they denied and said that's the largest size. Even though countless times at other McDonald's I order a large strawberry smoothie and they give it in a large cup.
