Ordered a 15 peice 3 different flavors 1 person wanted spice the other 2 people didn't. Itvalso came with a large fry and wr order and extra medium fry. We pick up our order abf they put all 3 flavors of wings in 1 bkx and only gave 1 person 4 wings. And both frys were mediums and both only half full and cold and soggy. Never go to this place

Very disappointed in my online order at this location. I ordered the protein pack with a large side of fries and I didn't get my veggie sticks and the fries turned out to be a small instead of large. Also when I came to pickup my order 3 guys were standing there talking instead of immediately coming to help. Very disappointed in the service at the Yukon location.

I placed my order for delivery and was told it would be at my door around 6:45-6:59. I didn’t get my order until 7:50! My order was placed at 6:25 so i had to wait over an hour for my food. By the time I got it my food was cold. There was no contact from the store letting me know it would be late. My doordash guy was great though! I will not be ordering from this location again. Just a waste of money and my time.

Well, when I walked in half the staff was in the back sitting, 4-5 customers were waiting, there were online orders building up but still 30 minutes later... and order still not ready; they just weren't very willing to be helpful. Wingstop has good food but needs better customer service. I worked in the restaurant service industry for over 35 years so bad service is not good. Sorry, maybe try harder.
