    When I was ordering via drive thru the guy didn’t know anything. When I asked what drinks were available he said “idk the drinks on the menu”. He was rude and didn’t care to help. He had me look up the menu to know the drink options and after I asked if they had hi c and lemonade he said yeah but never gave me the options. If you don’t care to give customers good service and be helpful than why work in a fast food place.

    01/01/26 at 9:46 am Order 16 i ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal with a Medium Iced Caramel Machiatto $6.90, Hotcakes & Sausage $4.29 with an extra hash brown $2.39. Received everything but the Sausage Egg McMuffin and when you try to call the phone just rings. Even after multiple consecutive calls to fix their mistake. Poor customer service and inability to read a screen and make sure customers have all their food. RIDICULOUS!!!
