Left annoyed as I spent almost an hour just getting my order done correctly

Chairs up, outside light/sign off, all the window blinds down. Once inside the place can be dirty by the water fountain area. Rice can sometimes be overcooked to a point where it’s brown and crunchy. I love CAVA, but this location is pretty bad.

She was very attentive to my 10 year old and explained what the flavors were and what worked. I love how Quan payed attention to the details. My daughter loved her meal and honestly, didn't expect to have an experience at CAVA like this. Unfortunately, I was not able to tip because tips are not on the cc machine. Normally I dont care for tipping people in this type of establishment, but when its well deserved and someone goes above and beyond their position, then it is worth the tip! Thanks Quan for making our experience a little more enjoyable.
