    Best service ever!!!! We came in close to closing and the staff was very personable with great energy. Rocken (I believe his name was) his manager and his other coworker made our night and we will defiantly be back very very soon! Food tasted great too as always.

    Great customer service! My and a friend stopped by 10 minutes before closing hoping they would serve us and they were so welcoming! They servers were so funny and ignored the fact that we interrupted their closing lol. Would recommend great food obviously and just a great employees!

    Ordered on the app, and it said it would be ready at 1:45pm. I arrived and the person at the window was short with me and only said not ready yet ma’am and walked away and shut the window in my face. I have never been here and was extremely excited to try, but now I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I was in customer service for half of my life, and CAVA you can do better. I am not one to judge or criticize.

    You guys can't be doing this, you can't be charging the prices you are and give people half a bowl and then not fill up the drink all the way. The employees have been really short with communication as well. Seriously disappointed.

    Every time I come to this location to eat, Jody is incredibly friendly. He is always in a good mood and happy. It is a real joy to see him working because I know I’ll have a good experience. He seems to always be ready to help and he’s patient if you’ve never been to CAVA. Having someone who smiles and greets guests enthusiastically, it makes your expended so much better.
