If youre out of ice id just assume youd tell customers especially if theyre ordering an ICED drink? Pulled up to the window and saw the “no ice” sign and figured since the guy taking my order didnt mention anything that they did in fact have ice. Paid $7 for a half filled drink, super disappointed. Had i known they were out of ice I wouldve ordered a hot drink or gone to a different shop.

- ECEmma ChmilOct 29, 20251.0I went here today it has taken about 20 min for my order be taken and I sat at the window for 20 min and waited and three people a guy in blue a girl in navy blue sweatshirt and a girl in black and purple were doing nothing and the girl in purple looked at this then went back to her phone. I have never had a bad experience with 7 brew and love it and will continue to go but I don’t know if I can go back to this one in Yukon.
