I came to this Sonic location to get a late night snack After pulling up to the stall and pushing the button I waited a few minutes When it was answered I was told “please go to drive that’s where the only carhop is” I was the only car on the parking lot this isn’t the first time in the past month an it seems to be the tall blonde manager or the guy I’m assuming is a manger But this time I start to pull around the manager was outside making out with a guy I thought it was very unprofessional I decided to not waste my money at this location a went to a local gas station I’ve come to the tough decision recently due to this last visit and refuse to go to this location after 6pm Due to The unprofessionalism of the management and also comments that I’ve personally heard from the staff that is EXTREMELY inappropriate to smoking their pot vapes outside the door in drive thru I tried calling the store this morning to speak to a different manager and nobody answered the phone I hope this gets taken care of soon
The best service I have had from this store has been in the past year is between 11am and 5 pm. I hope you guys get this figured out and best of luck! Please get better employees

Typical Sonic shake, but the guy taking the orders does not listen. I ordered something specific that is listed on the menu and he rang it in incorrectly and charged extra. You might need to retrain your people.

Foods good, but it doesn’t help that you gotta wait half an hour just to get it. If they were busy I’d make sense.

Dropped my chicken sandwich on the floor which took them an additional 10 minutes to make. Tried calling to report but of course no answer. Horrible location with horrible staff. Waited 15 minutes for an overcooked, chewy chicken breast
