  Went through the drive through an order took 25 mins then got home an realized they forgot my large vanilla ice coffee with x vanilla,it's always something they forget or wrong food

  Order through the drive through at a reasonably busy time. I understand people getting things wrong during a rush, or forgetting something.. but I ordered a Big Mac, wanted to add bacon, and the new chicken sandwich. I open my Big Mac to a chicken breast, bacon, and all of the rest of the stuff for big mac, minus the burger. I went back with my receipt just to see if I could get it figured out. The manager came to speak with me, took my receipt, and then proceeded to go grab his own food to go sit and eat, again I understand needing to eat.. but.. I sat there for thirty minutes to then go back up there and be told “they forgot about it, so sorry!”

  Its hard to say what you are going to get there customer service needs help some staff yes very nice. Hard to say if order will be correct or not

  Hateful staff, inaccurate orders, everything asked of them is an act of Congress met with eye-rolls, sighs, and sarcasm. There are a few good, friendly staff but the majority of them are a nightmare to deal with. I get a coffee from here almost every day and I don’t think 2 of them have ever tasted the same, even if I bring that up when I order.

  McDonald's hamburgers are overpriced everything at McDonald's is Over Priced... Now unless you use your app; Which is The only way I'll even shop at McDonald's is to use the app, So If they stop giving coupons in the app I just won't go there..... Because there's too many places that are cheaper that have higher quality food that is taste better at a more reasonable and lower price than McDonald's!!!! The only thing that even keeps me still going there is the fact that I have coupons. I can usually get a frappe for around $2.98 using the coupons on a large, I sometimes get sandwiches buy one get one free, Sometimes I'll grab their breakfast sandwiches buy one get one free, It's nice when they have $3 off of $15 However don't buy drinks from McDonald's If you can avoid it don't bother meals because their meals are a markup with their drinks that are infested with bacteria that are going to make you sick because they never clean their ice machines or their soda machines and they're covered in bacteria including E-Coli ; Listeria and Even Meningitis... Don't believe me Just Google bacteria found in ice machines and store fountain machines.. Nope other than their frappes I don't buy any drinks from them because the frappe machine has to be cleaned by hand and can be taken apart with the blades Those are individually made at the time of order As far as the french fries they're crap isn't even made with real animal oil anymore It is now made with a mix of soy and vegetable oil which is actually terrible for you. So we usually just buy some sort of sandwiches from them and frappes and then go to Sonic to get tater tots or Arby's to get curly fries.
