But today I ordered a sandwich for me and my friend. And her sandwich only had pepperoni on it as a meat option. She ordered the Italian BMT, which has salami and ham on it along with pepperoni. It was also not toasted. And when she went to go pick up the sandwiches, she told me the staff were very rude and dismissive to her, like they didn't care to be there. I don't normally have an issue with this subway but it seems like either there is a problem with ordering things off the app or they just lazily make the mobile orders without any care. But I'll start going in-person to see if it's just a problem when ordering on the app. If not, I'll unfortunately have to stop going until something changes with how it's managed.
