  Horrible service. I went through the drive thru with my friend and was greeted with “What do you want” and when i was like well that was rude they turned on their headsets to laugh at me and then said “Can you just order”. I have never had a bad experience at this taco bell until today and am very disappointed. I’m not usually type to leave a complaint but that was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced and wanted to let the establishment be aware of it.

  had the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced today! i got welcomed with a “what do you want” and a “can you just order” when i wasn’t sure. then when i said that was rude they turned their mic on to laugh at me! completely unacceptable behavior

  The customer service was awesome. The app freaking sucks though. Put my order in and it wouldn't let me pay. It's been doing this for months. They say yo talk to customer service and still doesn't work. Do better Taco Bell corporate.

  7:40 p.m. dine in. I understand why they have a low rating. After waiting awhile, we were greeted. No smile or look of happiness on employees face. None of the employees talked, no music in the buildung and filthy. The Ladies bathroom was horrible and dining room was filthy. Young, skinny girl at drive thru window stayed on her phone. She could have used her time productively and swept, clean, something! If you want fast food, don't stop here.
