  I ordered 2 of the smash burgers through the app, a double with lettuce and pickle and a triple with ketchup, mustard and pickle and the order was wrong. The lettuce was on the wrong burger, the triple was a double and my burger had no mustard and tiny amount of ketchup. I called to get it fixed and was quite calm about it, i know sometimes stuff happens but when i opened up the "remade order" it was still wrong. They didn't fix the triple at all and threw some lettuce onto the double. This was my 1st order i've ever made using the app and i was excited to try it out.

  Will respond, “Sorry” to every negative post. Will not fix issues at hand. Simple orders should not take as long as it takes here. If you’re short handed on busier days, schedule more people. Fast food does not=rocket science.

  For as busy as this place is, and I mean very busy all day, they don’t take too long on orders and get orders right most times. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need. The only drawback that I can see a problem with is finding a stall to park in because they are always full. That usually means it’s a great place to go.
