Made a purchase through the app to pickup curbside. My mom loves her Frappe's in the morning. That was the only thing on the order. Took 5 minutes and he was bringing it out. The ice and whip cream were melted and it was completely watered down. She took it back inside for them to fix it. She watched him dump more ice in it and put more whipped cream in it and gave it back to her, instead of blending the ice in. So now it had chunks of ice in it so big she couldn't even drink out of the straw and it was completely watered down still. She took it back and was so frustrated she just left. So disappointing.

I have seen several things that are concerning. First and foremost, the last time I was here before today, they gave me the wrong order. I took it back in to the counter and watched them walk it right back out to the customer who it belonged to. I had unwrapped 2 of the items before taking it back in, and although I'm a clean person not everyone is and the fact that they gave the customer food handled by another customer was very unsettling. This was done under the direct instruction of the Manager. Then this time around I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a couple of mcdoubles with extra onions and an order of nuggets. The burgers came out and had NO onions at all. This in particular has happened many times and makes me question why you even entertain special requests if you don't honor them. Overall this McDonalds has gone far downhill in recent months. They used to be super fast and accurate, now they are neither.
