  I live in watonga and have been to Sonic many times. It's always a slow process getting the food but tonight when I went the experience was total bullshit. First of all a girl came out with three drinks and read of our order perfectly handed me the drinks and said I'll be right back with your change. I figured she'd bring my food out with my change. When she returned she neighbor me the change with no food. I asked her where my food was and her response was " are you guys playing a prank on me? I have you your food?" I told her we never received food at all that she only gave us our drinks. She went back inside for the second time and five more mins later she returns with our food. So I called the manager on night shift and told her what had happened. She told me they were busy and the wait was normal. I told her it wasn't the time that bothered me but the way her employee acted when I asked for my food. She got pissed off at me and said to call corporate if I had an issue. I asked for the number and instead of giving it to me she told me to look it up and hung up on me. What a great manager. 🫤

  Some of the rudest people taking orders I have ever came across. I just spoke with Crystal the manager, And hopefully something is done about it. When you’re from out of town and this is the first impression you get that sent a clear message not to stop there ever again.

  Everytime I have went to this sonic my order is wrong or old. I went tonight to get a hot fudge shake it was completely white I asked her where the fudge was ans and she said ours is white finally she offered to make another I asked why I didn't get whip cream she said they were out and no cherry but there was a drop of cherry juice but no actual cherry. I have bought shakes there on 3 different occasions and everytime they were supposedly out of whip cream and evidently cherries. But I still have to pay full price for an incomplete shake or nasty food. I will never go back.

  Bad drinks pay a lot money 💰 don't get it right at all.couldnt take it back was passing threw . Won't go back

  Literally ate 3/4 of my RAW crispy chicken sandwich before noticing the weird texture! Will not be back to this location EVER!
