I went tonight to get a hot fudge shake it was completely white I asked her where the fudge was ans and she said ours is white finally she offered to make another I asked why I didn't get whip cream she said they were out and no cherry but there was a drop of cherry juice but no actual cherry. I have bought shakes there on 3 different occasions and everytime they were supposedly out of whip cream and evidently cherries. But I still have to pay full price for an incomplete shake or nasty food. I will never go back.

THEY NEED TO HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES KNOW ABOUT IT. I’m sick of the employees being confused and my coffee always comes out different and in different sizes and they never do the promotions properly one Tuesday they charge me the mozz sticks promotion price and the next Tuesday I get charged over $30 for the mozz sticks and the employee are always confused about it. I’m so tired of it. Not many places to eat around here and they need to get it together
