    I've ordered here from multiple times and for a pizza joint a fast food piece of joint is pretty good it's clean and the pizza is always pretty good never had a real problem besides them for getting ranch like one time but I don't care

    If they have no drivers they will offload your order to door dash and have it delivered two hours late and it will be cold. After contacting the manager he didn't want to cancel my order because, "we can't refund everyone who's order goes though door dash" hmm well I paid 5 dollar delivery fee to you and a tip which the dasher said they don't receive any of. And I have dashpass so had I just ordered it though then it would have been free delivery and arrived on time instead of two hours later. Genuinely a horrible scummy practice. Avoid Papa John's at all cost. There are local shops that will treat you with respect instead of like you're a dumb person to be taken advantage of.
