The review at the end of the phone call is automated and needs to add the option to go back because if you’re like me and accidentally click the one but want to give them a five they don’t give you the option to do it over. So I wanted to give them a good review and hopefully they upper management can take note of this and make it to where you can hit a number to redo the review. 1 is bad and 5 is great. I’m dyslexic so I usually mess up my numbers at least once so adding a 0 to start over would probably help y’all out with the phone review. Thanks
