The wait times are also god awful, there were multiple people waiting 30+ minutes just to get their drinks

They didn’t give a clear explanation besides “we’re serving breakfast now,” even though the order was already paid for and confirmed. This is extremely unprofessional. It wastes almost an hour of my time, plus my gas and effort, without any pay. I end up waiting for the customer or Uber to cancel so I don’t get penalized, and I can’t cancel it myself because it would just go to another driver and waste their time too. This needs to be addressed — it’s not fair to drivers or customers.

No answer, no voicemail, etc. The transformer in front of your building is arcing bad. We were going to notify yall for safety and figure you'd know who to call from there, but maybe it's interfering with your phones/phone ringers are off 🤷♂️ As far as food side, whole menu is not always available or there's inconsistent system maintenance when coming through.
